Below, though, is a small taste of recent writing.
- A short story, “Schools of Fishes” adapted from an early version of my novel, Busara Road, and published in Philadelphia Stories magazine and the anthology, Best of Philadelphia Stories.
- A short essay, “A Kenya Christmas,” that I wrote for Friends Journal about my return to Kenya after some 45 years
- A short piece for Pendle Hill Quaker Center, “Finding Busara at Pendle Hill,” about my writing sojourns there.
